Tamala J. McBath, CEO and Talent Optimization Consultant
Tamala J. McBath brings a unique approach to resolving issues that many organizations face. With more than 25 years of operational experience in healthcare, she is especially passionate about improving employee relations in environments that experience a higher rate of turnover and dissatisfaction.
As a national consultant in compliance and risk management, and a certified Talent Optimization Consultant, Tamala is a highly qualified leader when it comes to helping organizations align their business strategy with their talent strategy by creating high performing teams that drive business results.
Volunteering is another pivotal part of Tamala’s life, so you can find her dividing her time between being a member of the Aviatra Advisory Board and working with four other organizations: Dress for Success, Alzheimer’s Association, American Heart Association, and The Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation.
In her spare time, Tamala is a big sports enthusiast. She especially favors football, but has a competitive streak formed from a childhood of growing up with three brothers. Tamala also loves reading; even more so when she is able to sit down with a “real” book instead of traveling with a Kindle or mobile device.
